Michelle V has been working in the salon industry for 25+ years starting as a receptionist, assistant, stylist, and now owner of Lumiere Salon and Spa along with her partners. It’s a brand new beautiful setting where clients can relax and she can create using her expertise! She strives to make clients feel their best through a new cut or color. Any color service, short hair cuts and razor cuts long or short are a few of her favorites. 

Hi there! I’m one of the owners here at Lumiere Salon & Spa, and I’ve been in the beauty industry since 2001. What I love most about this field is how ever-changing it is, giving me endless opportunities to grow and stay inspired. While I specialize in blonde hair, I’m passionate about all things color—there’s something so rewarding about helping my clients express themselves through their hair. I also offer extensions, keratin treatments, and cuts to help you achieve your perfect look.

I'm a licensed esthetician with a passion for skin care. With 15 years of experience in the industry, I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve their best skin through personalized treatments and skincare routines. I have expertise in custom facials, chemical peels, hydradermabrasion, waxing, tinting and eyelash lift. My ultimate goal is empower you to feel confident in your own skin by creating a tailored roadmap to skin healthy and beauty.

From time to time you may also see me doing a pedicure, manicure or no chip.

I've been a licensed nail technician since 1997 and still dabble in the art of nails.

Neha Thengil is an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in medical weight loss and aesthetics. She combines her expertise in nursing with aesthetic procedures, offering treatments like neurotoxins, dermal fillers, chemical peels, microneedling, microchanneling, vitamin injections, IV therapy and weight loss injectables. With a focus on patient safety and a commitment to staying current with the latest techniques, Neha provides high-quality, non-surgical results in a comfortable environment.

Hi, my name is Kristy Schar. I have been happily married to my husband Dennis for 27 years. We share 5 children and 6 grandchildren! I have been a skilled nail technician for over 10 years with a meticulous eye for detail. I provide classic manicures and pedicures, with a focus on clean polished nails. 

As I continue my journey with Lumiere Salon and Spa I look forward to continuing my relationships with my existing clients who I consider dear friends. As well as building relationships with future clients.
